Hotel Reservation

The APAO Congress organizers have secured competitive rates for delegates at a variety of hotels close to the venue, the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) in Kuala Lumpur, to suit a range of budgets and preferences.

Hotel reservation for all paid delegates will be open in October. Rooms are subject to availability and are served on a first-come-first serve basis. It is highly recommended to secure a room of your preference at the earliest stage.

Group Booking

  • Only available for groups booking more than 10 rooms during the Congress period.
  • For group reservation, please contact secretariat at accommodation@apaophth.org.

 

Hotel Reservations

  • Only delegates who have registered for the APAO 2023 Congress and settled their registration fees can reserve hotel rooms through the Congress system.
  • Booking any of the hotels listed above requires full payment in advance.
  • Hotel reservation opens for all delegates on October 20, 2022.

 

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

  • Please refer to the respective hotel’s confirmation for amendments or cancellation policies fees
  • For any special requests, booking amendments and cancellation, you may liaise with the hotel directly by providing your booking’s ID, provided upon completion of booking 


Note

  • Standard check-in time will be 3pm and check-out time 12am. Early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and may incur surcharges.
  • Room upgrades, extra beds and airport pick-up may be available upon request and are subject to extra expense.
  • No shuttles will be provided. Please take transportation to and from the Congress venue into consideration when booking your hotel.
